From architect to private lender, my career has been shaped by strategy, capital discipline, and intentional reinvention.

Originally from Brazil, I moved to Miami in 2013 and earned my Master’s in Architecture from the University of Miami, followed by an MS in International Real Estate from Florida International University. That combination gave me a rare lens across design, capital markets, and global investing early on.

My career began in acquisitions and evolved into the launch of Brickell International Realty in 2019. Today, that platform has grown into Brickell Int’l, a Miami based private lending and investment brokerage specializing in real estate debt and structured finance for investors across the U.S. and internationally.

I structure capital with speed, clarity, and purpose. But my work goes beyond closing deals. As a private lender, I think deeply about long term outcomes. Cash flow, leverage, risk, and future income all matter. Especially for self employed investors and business owners who do not have pensions, matches, or built in safety nets.

Now based in Boca Raton after more than a decade in Miami, I serve clients wherever the deal makes sense. I approach each transaction as a capital partner, not a salesperson, helping investors scale responsibly while building durable long term wealth.

Like soccer, success in real estate requires vision, adaptability, and discipline. As a female architect turned lender, I bring that mindset to every deal and every strategy conversation.

2013: Moved from Brazil to Miami, Florida.

2014: Began my real estate career with acquisitions.

2016: Earned a Master’s degree in Architecture AP (M.Arch AP) from the University of Miami (UM).

2019: Completed a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) at Florida International University (FIU).

Founded my own brokerage, Brickell International Realty.

2021: Rebranded the brokerage and transitioned to real estate lending.

2024: Introduced the Brickell Private Lending brand to serve residential investor projects.

2025: Relocated to Boca Raton and fell in love with Palm Beach County.
