From architect to private lender, I have navigated a dynamic career path with dedication and hard work. Originally from Brazil, I moved to Miami in 2013 and earned my Master’s degree in Architecture AP (M.Arch AP) from the University of Miami in 2016. In 2019, I furthered my education with a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) from Florida International University (FIU).

My real estate career began in 2014 with acquisitions. In 2019, I founded my own brokerage, Brickell International Realty, but quickly transitioned to real estate lending, which has since evolved into a lending company with a division in Investment Sales to support our investor clients. After spending 12 years in Miami, I recently relocated to Boca Raton and have fallen in love with Palm Beach. I am looking forward to making a significant impact in this vibrant community.

Soccer is my sport, and just like in the game, achieving success in business requires dedication, hard work, influence, and a clear vision. While strategic planning is crucial, adaptability and calculated risk-taking are just as important. As a female architect turned entrepreneur, I’ve learned to trust my instincts and seize opportunities, navigating my industries with grace and determination.

With my extensive experience in real estate investing and financing, and as the CEO of Brickell Int’l, I bring a powerful blend of expertise to drive innovative solutions and deliver exceptional results.

2013: Moved from Brazil to Miami, Florida.

2014: Began my real estate career with acquisitions.

2016: Earned a Master’s degree in Architecture AP (M.Arch AP) from the University of Miami (UM).

2019: Completed a Master of Science in International Real Estate (MSIRE) at Florida International University (FIU).

Founded my own brokerage, Brickell International Realty.

2021: Rebranded the brokerage to Brickell Int’l and transitioned to real estate lending.

2024: Introduced the Brickell Int’l Private Lending brand to serve residential investor projects.

2025: Relocated to Boca Raton and fell in love with Palm Beach County.

Launched Heine Financial Network, a full-service investment brokerage focused on Debt & Structured Finance.
